Christmas, round 1 - Charleston

Christmas eve has always been a big night in the Lemire family, well that hasn't changes just because we live a few states away now. This year we will be heading to the frozen North for Dec 24th but round 1 was in Charleston. Christmas eve dinner is a melting pot of Brea's family favorites and some classics. Horseradish crusted prime rib, Yorkshire puddings, Home made Pierogies, Pan Fried Fish, Fresh Potato Roles, and some green beans because Brea said I had to include some type of green vegetable.

The really fun part about pulling off this meal is about three of the dishes all have to be finished at the same time in order to come out warm and delicious. Toss in some ankle biters chasing your dog through the kitchen and a general state of chaos as the in laws try to play Wii and you have yourself a holiday! (I wouldn't trade it for anything)

Recipes to follow, Enjoy!
